CCID has 8 H&H units installed, including 6 Drip Guards and 2 Drip Dosers.
The Drip Dosers have worked well so far, with the only alarm coming from an event where our operator forgot and set the drip as if it was a standard dripper. Other than that, we have no alarms, and they are installed on pumps that have a decently high duty cycle.

Per Hoffmann “approximately 80% of pump bearing failure is due to improper lubrication” (I don’t doubt it). Feels like sort of a perfect storm of converging factors, high time for a better dripper.

Most of the units we have installed have been in use for over five years and have demonstrated a high level of efficiency requiring minimal maintenance.
